2025 Annual General Meeting

When: Friday, March 27, 2026 at 6:00 pm

Where: 5k Café, 124 Chain Lake Dr, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2

The BLT Runners is a registered non-profit society (legal name is Beechville Lakeside Timberlea Running Club). As a non-profit society, we are required to hold an AGM 3-months after the end of our fiscal year (which ended December 31, 2025).

Director Elections

At our upcoming AGM, we will be electing Directors to our six-member board. Our board serves three-year, staggered terms, with two seats becoming vacant each year. Outgoing Directors are eligible to run again.

The two Directors completing their terms are Jacquelynn Spinney and Stacey Henley. 

Important: To hold a vote, our By-laws require a quorum (at least 10% of our members must be present). Please attend to help us conduct this important business!
